If a couple has left a review you would like to respond to, follow these steps to post a message that will show up directly below the original review.
- Login to your Borrowed & Blue account.
- Click the My B&B button in the top, right-hand corner of your screen and choose Account from the dropdown.
- Select the tab on the left side of the screen that says "Reviews."
- Click the button that says "Post a Response" under the review in question.
- Type your response into the box that appears and click "Save."
If you wish to dispute a couple's review of your work beyond posting a response, please reach out to our Customer Success Team here, and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.
It is generally our policy not to remove unfavorable reviews, but exceptions may apply. The most typical reason we remove a posted review is if it was posted to the wrong vendor.
